(extract)

I have known Joy Griffiths since 1999 and have had the pleasure of working with her in different scenarios leading to current time.

Over the years I have watched Joy grow in experience and professionalism, from territory sales through to comprehensive sales and operations management. I’ve worked with her as an employee, a colleague and a business partner.

I would readily hire her again myself (staff or freelance) if the opportunity arose.

I have known Joy for several years and have been fortunate enough to benefit from her knowledge and experience on an ongoing basis. While she has an excellent all round understanding of business functions and commercial appreciation, she also possesses some very detailed knowledge in international healthcare that has helped both me personally and also companies that I have both worked for and represented. What makes Joy unique is her ability to very quickly develop excellent rapport and relationships with staff and customers regardless of their position in an organisation. This allows her to identify issues and then deliver and implement solutions that have a lasting effect and genuinely add value. Joy remains a yardstick by which I judge others by in many respects and who I try to emulate myself.
